The position she currently occupies involves numerous obligations including designing and implementing all the health, safety, and environmental procedures according to the existing legislation. She monitors the performance of the employees and that of the implemented programs, deals with individual issues regarding health, safety, or environmental circumstances, and is involved in the supervision and coordination of environmental management decisions and strategies. Her mission is to define the best solutions for the company and to be in compliance with health, safety, and environment standards.
Roberta has earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment, Biology, and Environment from the Murdoch University. Armed with the appropriate education and driven by passion, Roberta has developed a flourishing career.
