Wayne, who has 10 years of experience in the government and nonprofit sector, possesses extensive expertise in project management, community development, and community engagement. During his collegiate career, he studied Anthropology at the University of Toronto. Mr. Cochrane is also involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, Imagine Canada, and Reach Out and Read.
