David Valentine Kain Becomes A Member Of Stanford Who’s Who
ARTHUR RIVER, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, AUSTRALIA, January 11, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ -- Stanford Who’s Who announces the addition of David Valentine Kain to the ranks of premier professionals as a result of his work in the farming industry. As Owner of Far Valley Dohne as well as throughout his entire career, David has continuously revealed the necessary abilities and attributes to be considered among the best.
Far Valley was established in 1976 as a traditional Merino breeder. Almost 10 years later, Far Valley became a pig producer as well. In 1999, the farm started to work with the Dohne breed launching 7 Dohne Studs across Australia and other parts of the world. At the same time, David founded the Far Valley Dohne Stud dedicated entirely to the Dohne breed. The Dohne breed was first developed in South Africa and is known for high fertility, rapid lamb growth, and fine wool under commercial pastoral conditions. Far Valley Dohne Stud was also awarded Highest Ranked Animals in Australia for 4 years in a row.
David Kain started full-time farming at the age of 18 and was selling rams by the age of 19. His passion for farming soon became an expertise and his small farm became a successful business. David specializes in people management, financial advisory services, livestock management, lamb breeding, and pig breeding. He uses the latest technology for meat and wool production and is interested in applying new science developments in farming.
With a Diploma in Management, David does not only run Far Valley but engages his expertise in public lectures. His skills include breeding, animal health, agribusiness, sustainable agriculture, agrochemicals, crop protection, research, agronomy, and permaculture. David is accredited as the first to have an on-property Dohne ram sale in Australia.
