As Sales Operations Coach, Robinson will become part of Thompson’s World Class Service Team, acting as the Team Leader for all team members who serve the company’s field operations. Robinson’s main focus will be on ensuring that clients enjoy phenomenal experiences with Thompson Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, furthering the company’s reputation for providing top-of-the-line customer service.

Rick Robinson was the first plumber employed by Thompson Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and laid the groundwork for the company’s entire Plumbing department. Robinson has been in the plumbing industry for 23 years, eight of which have been at Thompson Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Robinson holds professional licenses in both Ohio and Kentucky, including a Master Plumbing License and a Journeyman License. He is also a member of trade associations CMPA (Cincinnati Master Plumbers Association) and PHCC (Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors).
