Digital Sports Group head of operations Matthew Tait believes that the recent domination on the field courtesy of the star studded line up has seen key player's, such as Micah Richards Facebook page increase dramatically with the total weekly reach increasing by over 20%.

The Facebook page has become a thriving hub for the Manchester City defender since it's launch and is becoming more and more popular with each week that passes, with a rapidly growing community of fans keen to hear all the latest news on their favourite player. Micah Richards is back running know as he begins his return from injury. The Manchester City full back has now been told he can begin running, and should be in contention for first team action as early as Christmas. Micah has had a turbulent start to this season, however the vice-captain of Manchester City will no doubt be more willing than ever to return to the first team.

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini will look to ease Richards back into the squad, too ease off the defensive crisis. Key players such as Pablo Zabaleta and Maicon have both had torrid injury problems this season, and Mancini will be keen on the return of Micah Richards.
