Hirease, Inc. announced today that it has purchased the licensing of the Human Patterns Inventory Program. Hirease, Inc. will be the exclusive licensor of the Human Patterns Inventory and will provide training and certification programs to facilitate and deliver the tailored feedback regarding an individual’s preferences and interests.

I finally found that in the team at Hirease” The Human Patterns inventory is an ipsitive and rich psychometric instrument.    

Professional certification will be offered to eligible facilitators in the administration, scoring and delivery of the Human Patterns Inventory. The next generation of training for the Human Patterns Inventory will launch in 2012 and include a virtual learning option. Training incorporates a variety of training materials, review of the development and construction of the instrument, modeling, and hands on administration, coaching and facilitation, and practice doing advanced interpretation.

The Human Patterns Inventory has a long history of administrations. The assessment has been utilized in Fortune 500, Governments and Municipalities, Consulting agencies and Leadership Development Programs. The Inventory has been delivered in Europe and North America and is available in English, French, Spanish and Chinese. Facilitators of the assessment have not only received training and certification from the Founder and Creator of the Inventory, Stan Smith, but also typically have extensive education and experience to compliment the training.
