United States (IBwire.com - April 18, 2011) For three days between 2nd and 4th May, European Seafood Exposition (ESE) 2011 will comprise over 1,600 stands of seafood and industry related products. The event features suppliers from multiple countries who will showcase the varieties available for export to other markets along with rare types of fish.

Every type of seafood product will be presented at the event with stands of fresh and frozen fish, and attendees will be able to sample many of the different varieties. Alongside the supply side to the show, the Seafood Processing Europe exhibition will also run that will deal with the machinery and equipment used for making sure seafood gets from the boat to market in the most reliable way. Over 200 companies will be presenting products such as refrigeration and storage machinery, handling equipment and processors to prepare the produce.

Visitors can also attend Seafood Prix d’Elite, an awards ceremony for the best goods developed for the industry. Entries will be judged on criteria like packaging, innovation and convenience as well as taste for new product lines which are considered to be the finest on the market.

All the shows are being held at Brussels Expo and exhibitors will be booking hotels in Brussels Airport  for 2nd and 4th May 2011 when the show takes place.
